Visit Sicily means, above all, prepare for a trip through the flavors and aromas of our land.

The  Marsala food, as a whole Sicilian cuisine, is full of colors, flavors, styles and creativity.

Using old recipes, many extraordinary dishes,  fruit of the different cultures that have ruled this land, the dishes that bring with them the taste of Greek cuisine, Roman, Arab and Spanish.
Recommend to taste the good pasta, fresh fish of the Mediterranean, the tasty crustaceans, simple dishes that are poor in one and the most refined, the typical appetizers, cheese and especially the spectacular traditional Sicilian sweets. Traditional delicacies such as rice balls, the fritters, pizza sfincione, Cannoli with ricotta, a SicilianCassata, the Cappiddruzzi, jams, extra virgin olive oil and wine.
Special dishes to try and enjoy and take home memories for new flavors were born from a mixture of many flavors and an old tradition but still alive.
